About the role
- We're seeking a motivated, passionate, collaborative and detail-oriented Receptionist.
- The ideal candidate is a team player, has excellent communication skills, and can organize & prioritize tasks.
- This is an onsite position located at Mattel's headquarters in El Segundo CA.
Responsibilities
- We create innovative products and experiences that inspire, entertain and develop children through play.
- We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.
- Provide visitors with information to navigate the building including pointing out nearest amenities and fire exits. Issue visitor passes
- Maintain a neat appearance of reception/lobby area. Periodically inspects common area equipment to ensure good operating condition
- Perform administrative for the security function as needed. This includes but is not limited to compiling reporting, data entry, and data tracking
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with employees, clients, and visitors.
- Must have a valid CA driver's license.
- Must be able to obtain a Ca Guard card within X months of hire date
Nice to have
- Two+ years of Reception, Customer Service, Security, or military background preferred.
