About the role

- The Pharmacist In Charge is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and interpreting physician's orders, dispensing medication to patients, and working within a team of Pharmacy Technicians and operations personnel.
- PIC's are responsible for supervising compounding performed by pharmacy technicians to ensure that these activities are in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable state and federal law.
