Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Track and manage EBITDA to meet or exceed budgeted financial targets.
- Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.
- Manage budget allocation and expenses effectively.
- Sales Responsibility: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Contribute to the development of a strategic plan to maintain and increase market share.
- Key Focus Products Purchasing/Inventory Management: Identify key focus products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing excess or shortages, and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of employees, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer service.
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members to achieve performance goals.
