About the role

Requirements
- Associate's Degree (A.A./A.S.), Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.), or equivalent in laboratory science, biology, neuroscience or a scientifically related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of related GLP or clinical laboratory settings.
- Demonstrated knowledge of laboratory animal science, toxicology, and histopathology.
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work with persons of diverse backgrounds.
- Must be highly motivated to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Minimum of 2 years of related GLP or clinical laboratory settings. Applicants with neuro-modulatory and BCI experience are highly desired.
- General understanding of GLP policies and regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA).
- Ability to handle multiple projects of varying complexity and duration, prioritize work according to company timelines, and drive innovation.
- Excellent written, reporting, and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools and applications.
- Able to lift 10-25 pounds.
