About the role

This role may require you to be in our manufacturing facilities.
This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment.
An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.

You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.

Plan and schedule maintenance team activities to meet production needs and control labor costs
Track production line performance and identify mechanical or maintenance trends
Train, motivate, and direct team members to follow food safety, safety standards, and operational goals
Enforce plant safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and standards
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field preferred
5 or more years of maintenance and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic principles

$81,000.00 - $100,000.00
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
