About the role

Provide day‑to‑day technical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring services and deliverables are met effectively.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong working relationships and uphold quality standards.
Regularly review, maintain, and improve operational documentation, processes, and procedures.
Support the testing, reporting, and implementation of fixes, including running scripts and validating solutions.
Develop and maintain scripts to automate administrative and support tasks, improving efficiency and reliability.
Experience in a Platform support role and knowledge of the system life cycle.
This role is for Angstrom Sports, a proprietary sports pricing and product provider, building intricate, simulation driven pricing and risk systems to support the success of key sports brands across the Entain group.

We are seeking a Platform Support Analyst to help support, maintain, and improve our core platform and its associated products.
This role acts as the primary point of contact for platform‑related support queries and incidents, playing a vital part in ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of our services.

Experience with Datadog for monitoring, alerting, and observability
Provide general operational and administrative support to the infrastructure and platform teams as required.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from CAD 65,000 to 75,000 annually, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
