About the role

This is a high-impact role for someone who is rigorous about quality, quick to ramp on new technical domains, and excited about contributing to a content infrastructure that spans teams and regions.
The base salary range for this full-time position in the location of San Francisco is: $134,400 - $168,000 USD PLEASE NOTE: Our policy requires a 90-day waiting period before reconsidering candidates for the same role.

Nice to have

Experience in robotics, physical AI, or hardware operations environments.
Spanish language proficiency.

Identify knowledge gaps across teams and proactively address them with new or updated content, keeping materials current with evolving tools and processes.
Work within established content standards and templates to ensure documentation is consistent, accessible, and ready for use across multiple regions.
Assist in the delivery and continuous improvement of onboarding and training programs.

Compensation

packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits.
Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval.
