About the role
- Contribute to GUI development and tooling to improve the usability of our simulation environment.
- Responsible for closely collaborating with Headquarter Research Team of Watt Lab and product teams by regularly reports, including progress of research projects and presentation of results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced cell balancing algorithms to optimize battery pack performance and BESS lifetime under electricity trading.
- Analyze experimental and field data to calibrate and validate simulation models.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of lithium-ion battery chemistry, cell balancing techniques.
- Proficiency in battery system modeling tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Python, COMSOL, or equivalent).
- For python, experience with scientific libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib) is essential.
