About the role
- This role will be based in one of our larger Marsh offices in the US.

- Oversees the production of client deliverables and delivering the final placement to the client to ensure the quality of materials delivered to clients.
Responsibilities
- Independently oversees and manages large or complex accounts and brings the entire team together to formulate the procedure and go to market strategy.
- Works to maintain a near complete understanding of the clients' business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to provide advice accordingly to successfully serve clients.
- Develops, presents, and oversees the execution of renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives across all zones where product, industry or account criteria dictate.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required Minimum of 8 years' of construction experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity required.
- Working knowledge of insurance coverages is required.
- P&C license needed, or ability to obtain.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or other advanced degree.
- CPCU, ARM or other insurance designations a plus.
- Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills

- The applicable base salary range for this role is $154,200 to $328,400.
- In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

- This is a hybrid role which required going into the office 3x per week.
