Responsibilities

  • Perform wire prep (making coils), winding, harnessing, and labeling
  • Manage work flow process to connect with order/component kitting
  • Set priorities for build schedules
  • Perform quality control testing after the stator is wound

Skills

  • Cut, prepare and insert insulators into the stator irons
  • Check stator irons on core loss tester
  • Identify electrical configurations of all motor types
  • Modify or reconfigure motor to fit the demanded application
  • Spot quality concerns and bring to attention of supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned.
