Responsibilities

  • Maintain enterprise-wide situational awareness by monitoring operational conditions, system alerts, and emerging threats.
  • Review video, compile documentation, and support security investigations as needed.
  • Perform routine system checks and execute responsibilities in accordance with established SOPs and operational playbooks.

Requirements

  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • As such, candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy.

Nice to have

  • Monitor enterprise security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, drone platforms, Blue Force Tracking, OSINT resources, and related security technologies.
  • Identify, assess, triage, and escalate security incidents in accordance with established procedures and escalation protocols.
  • Dispatch and track security resources while documenting incidents and response activities within incident management systems.
  • Participate in required training, maintain proficiency with GSOC technologies and security platforms, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in scheduled pre-shift and post-shift briefings to ensure effective communication, operational readiness, and seamless shift turnover.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • associate's or bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a GSOC, SOC, dispatch, emergency communications, monitoring center, military, law enforcement, or similar operational environment.
