- Primary responsibilities related to the system integration, test, and early-use of high-precision tracking radar systems and associated electronic disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Support early use operations on the Deep Space Advanced Radar Capability (DARC) radar system.
- Performs software testing on the DARC radar system.
- Support the development of system test solutions in accordance with project technical, schedule and cost constraints.
- Support early use training on DARC radar system.
- Support system/element level test planning and test readiness reviews.
- Reports to the system integration and test lead.

Nice to have
- Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on satellite operations and/or missile defense operations experience Minimum of 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or, 0 years with a master's degree in a STEM field.
- Experience preparing test reports.
- The ability to travel <10% travel to Colorado Springs to assimilate with the team at onboarding.
- Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Compensation
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- $89,400.00 - $134,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
