Primary responsibilities related to the system integration, test, and early-use of high-precision tracking radar systems and associated electronic disciplines.

Support early use operations on the Deep Space Advanced Radar Capability (DARC) radar system.
Performs software testing on the DARC radar system.
Support the development of system test solutions in accordance with project technical, schedule and cost constraints.
Support early use training on DARC radar system.
Support system/element level test planning and test readiness reviews.
Reports to the system integration and test lead.

Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on satellite operations and/or missile defense operations experience Minimum of 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or, 0 years with a master's degree in a STEM field.
Experience preparing test reports.
The ability to travel <10% travel to Colorado Springs to assimilate with the team at onboarding.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
$89,400.00 - $134,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
