Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Support change management and end-user training for payroll processes.
  • Partner with technical teams to validate integrations and customizations.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation and maintain project timelines.

Requirements

  • Job Requirements Minimum 7+ years of experience with Oracle Payroll in an HCM environment.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Ability to lead client workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation

  • $130k-$150k
