  • As the Business Development Manager (BDM) Walgreens - BCC, you are responsible for strategically executing joint business planning with the customer category managers and other key customer stakeholders to drive volume and profit growth for K-C categories.
  • Your primary responsibilities will be to implement K-C brand strategies and tactics to drive sales, share, build and manage customer relationships, collaborate with category management, and lead business planning and trade management strategies by utilizing cross-functional resources and data sources.
  • Collaboratively build and execute the Customer Business Plan, inclusive of
  • Manage Delivery of Plan and Business Objectives
  • Performing strategic analyses, and crafting strategic business presentations tailored to achieve realistic customer performance, and support K-C's planning process
  • Serving as liaison between the customer, team counterparts and internal support team members to foster culture of growth and collaborations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years progressive exempt status experience in business (international business, if applicable), customer management and customer development or equivalent in other business functions
  • Experience presenting to Executive Level staff

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of forecasting, supply and demand processes, shelf reset experience, business planning processes and tools
  • Experience working in Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry and K-C customer/retailer accounts
  • Strong record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Knowledge of K-C organizational structure, brands, categories, go to market policies and procedures
  • Digital commerce experience
  • Mentoring, networking, employee training and development, resource management, prioritization, cross-functional, superior customer service and problem-solving

  • Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire.
  • Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
