Responsibilities
- Develop an AI roadmap with recommended tools, AI agents, and implementation priorities.
- Design, build, deploy, and implement AI-driven solutions for client intake, document review, case management, communications, billing, and other core business processes.
- Architect and develop custom AI workflows, integrations, and automation solutions that can be scaled across the firm.
- Lead training, adoption, governance, and change-management initiatives.
- Deliver measurable results and recommendations for future AI development.
- Reporting directly to the CEO, this consultant will assess existing processes, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and design, build, and implement a firm-wide AI strategy that enhances productivity, drives innovation, and improves service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing AI and automation solutions in legal, professional services, or similar environments.
- Expertise in AI agents, LLM integrations, and platforms such as LangChain, n8n, Make, Zapier, or comparable tools.
- Experience building or deploying MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
- Strong process-improvement, executive communication, and change-management skills.

Nice to have
- Litigation and legal technology experience preferred
- California employment law knowledge is a plus.
