- Your Opportunity Scion is leading the way in student living, and the Portfolio Leasing Manager plays a vital role in supporting leasing performance across a defined portfolio of communities.
- This role is a key resource for the Regional Leasing Specialist role providing coaching, performance accountability, and sharing effective leasing strategies.
Nice to have
- Foster a culture of accountability and growth by celebrating achievements and using sales metrics to identify and address performance gaps.
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify, interview, and onboard new team members.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Operations teams, including but not limited to Regional Managers.
- Consistent collaboration with sales training specialist to identify areas of improvement and recommend targeted training for assigned Regional Leasing Specialists.
- Communicate and oversee the execution of weekly targets with the team.
- Ensure compliance with all sales and follow-up policies.
- Work closely with Property Operations teams to ensure leasing efforts align with revenue management objectives, pricing strategy, and occupancy projections.
- Collect and review data for KPIs such as leasing velocity, rate trends, and renewal rates, preparing summaries for the Sales Manager and Revenue Management team.
Compensation
- Illinois Pay Range
- $67,000 - $72,000 USD
