Responsibilities
- As a Machine Operator 1 at Vanguard Conversion and Fulfillment, you will be responsible for basic machine setup, operation, and quality checks to support the daily conversion and packaging of products.
- Load materials, monitor production output, and make minor adjustments to maintain continuous operation.
- Perform basic measurements and visual checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain clean work area to prevent contamination or damage to materials.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- occasionally required to sit, climb or balance.
- Follow all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and report unsafe conditions.
- Attend training sessions and participate in safety meetings as required.
- This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience with production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
