The Security Officer is a key position on our Security Services team.
In this role, you provide protection over MultiCare Health System and facilities.

You will own the responsibility for the security and safety of MultiCare patients, employees, and visitors.

Current Washington or Idaho state driver's license (driving is not required for this position at Navos Hospital).
IAHSS basic certification or ability to obtain within one (1) year of hire date.
Proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state. (Not required at Navos Hospital)
With strong schools and universities, it's a city where you can live, work and play.
Partnering with patients, families and neighbors across the Pacific Northwest for more than 140 years.
Utilize Management of Aggressive Behavior skills both verbally and physically as required.
Effectively operate/leverage required security equipment and tools.
