About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing regular electrical and mechanical maintenance on equipment to eliminate unscheduled downtime.

Must be able to work in a 24/7 environment, 12hr shifts, every other weekend, and possibly some holidays.
No deviation from required documentation/ensure information is timely, accurate and complete.
Ability to pass initial assessment
Rebuilds parts, fabricates materials, and updates prints to maintain and upgrade equipment as required.
Takes corrective action as required by initiated work orders through the CMMS System or as circumstances dictate and write new work orders to account for unplanned corrective maintenance time.
Initiates purchase of required tools, parts, and materials and maintains accountability for tools issued.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and walk-behind lifts (certification required).(Ocean Spray provided training)
May be required to work outside or may be assigned to work in the cooler/ freezer.
Completes all paperwork as required.

Monthly Pay for Performance bonus (up to 10% of gross earnings)
Prescription safety vision glasses provided if necessary.

You will also support line operations, assist with problems on the line, rework, coverage, troubleshooting, and line relief as needed.
