About the role
- As an Automotive Service Advisor / Estimator / Customer Service Representative with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the trusted professional our guests rely on for assistance with their vehicles.
- Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.
Responsibilities
- Build/Edit Digital Vehicle Inspections and Estimates
- Thoroughly Source Parts and Building Estimates
- Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times
- Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer
- Chaplain Care Support Available
- Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Experience in an Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role
- Ability to handle stress and stressful situations
- Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications
