The Women's Hike design team works together on a wide variety of product types covering knitwear, insulated midlayers, gore hardshells, softshell and windshell garments to support the Hike category.
Fueled by curiosity, we take an immersive approach to identifying future needs then build test and validate products that solve for real functional challenges.
