- They ensure every corner of their property-from the entrance to the guest rooms-meets Sosuite's sparkling clean standards.
- In addition to performing daily housekeeping duties, they act as Sosuite's eyes and ears on site, identifying issues before they affect guests and maintaining seamless communication with management and fellow team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members to ensure cleaning speed and quality targets are met.
- Perform stayover cleans while respecting guest belongings.
- Lead by the example in all aspects of the Sosuite policies and procedures.
- We operate a growing portfolio of design-forward, tech-enabled across Philadelphia.
- Senior Polisher take full ownership of cleanliness and presentation within their assigned building or area.
- The Lead Polisher is responsible for training both current (on an as needed basis) and newly hired polishers on all job-related duties.
