Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience in mother-baby, perinatal, maternal-newborn, or related specialty (e.g., labor and delivery, postpartum, NICU, well-baby nursery).
Nice to have
- Doctoral degree in nursing, or related discipline.
- Candidates without a doctoral degree must provide a written plan and commitment to enroll in a doctoral program within two years of hire as a condition of eligibility for promotion.
- Experience in course development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Demonstrated leadership and teaching scholarship.

- This 10-month term faculty position will contribute to undergraduate nursing education across the traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the Accelerated Second-Degree BSN programs, beginning August 1, 2026.
- The faculty member will be positioned to help students develop person-centered, equity-informed, and evidence-based competencies across the perinatal-through-community continuum.
