About the role
- Integrated Clinical Services (ICS) provides quality health services for people who experience barriers to accessing care.
- The Dental Assistant (EFDA) is responsible for a variety of duties to assist Dentists and Dental Hygienists in the delivery of dental care to patients.
- The eligible list established from this recruitment may be used to fill future full-time, part-time, regular, temporary, limited duration, and on-call positions*
Responsibilities
- Clinical Functions and Provider Support
- As an EFDA, you will perform the following duties:
- Performs all aspects of 4 handed dentistry using effective and efficient techniques; mixes materials; places rubber dam, takes study models impressions.

Compensation
- $25.25 - $30.92 Hourly

- The Dental Program works with many community partners, targeting underserved populations in Multnomah County to ensure access to dental services including providing education, prevention and dental treatment.
- Provides direct clinical assistance and support to Dentists and Dental Hygienists
- Performs Dental Assisting and expanded functions including rubber cup prophylaxis, applying sealants, polishing amalgams, placing/removing matrix retainers, removes excess cement and placing temporary restorations.
