Compensation
- The salary range for this position is estimated to be $75,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.
- This position is eligible for a discretionary target incentive of up to 10% of the base salary.

Company info
- Support Senior and General Superintendents in day-to-day field execution and subcontractor coordination.
- Assist with short-interval planning, daily work sequencing, and logistics coordination.
- Promote and enforce Corvias' Zero Tolerance Safety Standard on site.
- Monitor work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation for assigned scopes of work.
- Communicate schedule, safety, and quality concerns to field leadership in a timely manner.
- Support punch list completion, closeout documentation, and turnover activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of construction field experience preferred; commercial or multi-family experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and schedule fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of OSHA standards and construction safety practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools preferred.
