Help translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric technology designs for Aritzia.com
Contribute to the development, configuration, and integration of solutions to ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and website infrastructure
Implement structured testing that ensures functionality and identify and address deficiencies
Launch and proactively maintain technology solutions, collaborating with teammates to improve development processes

Professional programming experience, preferably in React Native development
Skills in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Mac Runners, and other tools for deployment
Understanding of server-side vs. client-side rendering, user performance perception, and framework selection

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level $100,000-300,000 per year.
Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role,

As the Senior Developer, Front-End, Digital Technology, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Aritzia's Digital Commerce technology.
This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Digital Product Management, Digital Design, Omni, Enterprise Technology, Data & Analytics, and Marketing.
