About the role

  • You'll work with customers on new use cases, new integrations, sometimes entirely new products.
  • You'll work directly with customers, often their executives, to understand how their business runs and what would actually move the needle.
  • You need to be credible on both sides of the table: the business case and the technical reality of an ERP integration.

Responsibilities

  • Scope implementations and own the solution design: what to build, what to configure, what to push back on.
  • Work with our forward-deployed engineers to deliver integrations, data pipelines, and platform connections.
  • Own the customer relationship up to the executive level: set expectations, flag risk early, keep their leadership confident as work plays out.
  • Drive adoption after go-live and find ways to expand the account.
  • A product mindset. You find the real problem, separate must-haves from nice-to-haves, and you're energized by building something new.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years owning ambiguous, customer-facing problems end to end in professional services, solutions, consulting, product, or a startup.
  • You can talk through APIs and data flows, but you don't need to write code.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.
  • Real experience using AI tools (Claude or similar) in your work, with specifics on how.

Compensation

  • Base salary: 170-220k

Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO + 10 company holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave

Company info

  • Partner with customers on new use cases, new integrations, sometimes entirely new products, defining what we should build.
