About the role

- The candidate will play a key role in creating and implementing processes that ensure safety, efficiency, and innovation within the pharmacy practice.
Nice to have
- Strong expertise in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Practice, and in particular in hands-on compounding of both sterile and non-sterile compounds
- 5+ years of work experience at a 503A compounding facility, ideally as the pharmacist in charge
- Strong experience and familiarity with USP 795 / 797 compliance
- Active pharmacist license including a California License
- Experience with compounding pharmacy software
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and mentoring a team
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards related to sterile and nonsterile compounding
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
Compensation
- 150-275k depending on experience, alongside competitive cash bonuses and 90th percentile equity compensation.
