About the role
- You're an experienced plumber with a track record of leadership and a desire to keep growing.
Responsibilities
- Partner with PMs to develop and execute mechanical schedules
- As a Foreperson, you'll lead key project areas, support field staff, and drive performance and quality.

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in the mechanical industry (preferred but not required)
- Red Seal Plumbing & Gas B Certification
- Deep knowledge of construction practices, quality management, and OH&S
- Working knowledge of the BC Plumbing Code
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365
- Daily Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between Project Managers and field teams
- Monitor field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure productivity, quality, and budget alignment
- Review budgets and estimates to avoid overruns and delays
- Identify and report risks, challenges, or site issues to senior leadership
- Proactively solve problems with practical, forward-thinking solutions
- Conduct site inspections and provide updates to the project team
Compensation
- We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with an hourly wage of $51.50 per hour as a starting point.
