About the role

  • We are seeking an energenic and highly motivated Community & Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate partner events, roundtables, and community gatherings. - Manage invitations, guest lists, and event logistics. - Prepare newsletters and communications using tools such as Mailchimp. - Create simple marketing materials using Canva. - Maintain partner contact lists and relationship tracking. - Support speaker coordination and event follow-ups. - Assist with research on potential ecosystem partners.

Requirements

  • Ideal Candidate:

Nice to have

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Interest in marketing, communications, PR, or event management.
  • Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools is an asset.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation

  • $10k-$15k
