About the role

  • The Regional Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and integrating all aspects of the supply chain across the assigned region-including procurement, warehouse operations, and supplier quality.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong operational experience in a manufacturing and/or service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance management.
  • Manage risk across the supplier base, including capacity, financial stability, and geopolitical factors.
  • Support dual/multi-sourcing strategies to improve supply continuity and mitigate disruptions.
  • Utilize data and execute to achieve KPI targets (e.g., supplier on time delivery, supplier quality, cost reduction, etc) to drive performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in space utilization, throughput, and labor efficiency.

Requirements

  • Up to 25% regional and supplier site travel required.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing/OEM environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multi-site or regional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and supplier quality systems.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Oversee inventory management, receiving, storage, and material delivery to production lines and sales order demand.
  • Aide in identifying best practices for lean warehousing and just-in-time (JIT) delivery, and execute within the assigned region.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies across warehouse operations.
  • Align with warehouses in other regions to execute standardized inventory control procedures and cycle count programs.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability

  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborative leadership and communication skills
  • Continuous improvement and cost optimization orientation
