Responsibilities
- Lead and support your team to meet daily business unit goals, ensuring flawless communication, safety, quality, and delivery.
- Actively engage in training efforts, developing and implementing comprehensive training plans for new hires and current team members.
- Fill in for team members as needed to maintain seamless production flow, ensuring no disruptions due to absences.
- Serve as a backup to the Production Supervisor, providing leadership and support as needed.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of production work experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Windows Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
- Expertise in the operations of the assigned production process.
- Proven knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and procedures.
