About the role
- The Assistant Coach for Wentworth Club Rowing works with the head coach to provide supervision and effective leadership to the rowing club sport program.
- Responsibilities include fostering skill development and teamwork among students
- promoting and upholding institute policies and procedures

Requirements
- Ability to trailer boats to events.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of skill development and US Rowing rules and regulations.
- Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.
- A member of the coaching staff is required to be at all practices & events.
- Minimum Knowledge Required:
- Working knowledge of fundamental concepts of rowing, practices and procedures related to, and ability to apply in varied situations.
- Periodic training will be required.
