About the role
- Job Description Job Description: The Assistant Coach for Wentworth Club Rowing works with the head coach to provide supervision and effective leadership to the rowing club sport program.
- Position Details: At this time, the university is unable to sponsor applicants for H-1B visas.
Responsibilities
- include fostering skill development and teamwork among students; promoting and upholding institute policies and procedures; and initiating activities in support of the rowing team.
- This position collaborates with the head coach to provide skill and developmental support to the team.

Requirements
- Ability to trailer boats to events.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of skill development and US Rowing rules and regulations.
- Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.
- A member of the coaching staff is required to be at all practices & events.

- Previous coaching experience.
- Skill development experience.
- Position Details:

- Club Sport Coach's compensation varies based on seasons.
- The minimum assistant coach rate for this role is $2,500 per season.
