- Senior Managers serve as trusted advisors to executive stakeholders, oversee engagement delivery, mentor Managers and Consultants, and play a key role in practice development, business development, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital asset accounting engagements where clients require accounting remediation, finance transformation, audit readiness, and scalable financial reporting processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on digital asset accounting, crypto transaction activity, valuation support, reconciliation methodologies, and audit evidence.
- Own client delivery across audit readiness, technical accounting, finance transformation, IPO readiness, SEC reporting, audit coordination, and other transaction-related initiatives.
- Lead the recreation, remediation, and reconciliation of accounting records across general ledger, subledger, wallet, exchange, and operational data sources.
- Advise clients on complex accounting issues while developing practical, scalable solutions and ensuring successful implementation.
- Coordinate directly with client executives, auditors, legal, tax, operations, technology teams, and CFGI leadership to deliver successful engagements across multiple workstreams.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and implementation of scalable accounting, reporting, and internal control processes.
- Experience standing up, rebuilding, or remediating accounting records, financial reporting processes, and audit-ready support in complex or fragmented data environments.
Requirements
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor while leading multiple client engagements within a consulting, advisory, or public accounting environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital asset accounting platforms, blockchain analytics tools, ERP systems, or financial reporting technologies.
- Experience supporting publicly traded digital asset companies or companies preparing for IPO.
- Experience with emerging regulatory guidance impacting digital assets and cryptocurrency accounting.
