About the role
- Working closely with BP3 architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders, you will take end-to-end ownership of your solutions, from identifying automation opportunities to production monitoring and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots and automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360, ensuring bots are scalable, reliable, and production-ready
- Lead the end-to-end design of RPA solutions, including workflow documentation, component allocation, and bot architecture aligned with enterprise standards
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to assess existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and estimate effort and complexity
- Oversee production bot performance, handle business user inquiries, conduct root cause analysis on failures, and drive continuous improvement cycles during the on-call workday (8am-5pm
- Maintain thorough documentation of automation workflows, design decisions, and operational runbooks
