Job Details Location: Uptown Chicago Specifications: This role oversees 2 Class Multifamily Buildings (84 & 176 units).
Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.

Perform routine repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop, common areas, storage areas.
Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
Support unit turns, including, fixture replacement.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.
Knowledge of building safety standards and local housing codes.

$20 - $24/hr + Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and paid time off (PTO).
