About the role

  • The Surety Account Manager will assist customers in identifying and providing for their bond needs
  • working directly with the client and carrier representatives in handling the execution and billing of bonds for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients in responding to their bond specific needs, i.e., contract documents, bond forms, rating and billing questions, etc.
  • Interact with surety company representatives in handling transactional related information/issues in the administration of the bond programs of our clients, i.e., premium billings, rating issues, contract documents, bond forms, bid results, etc.
  • Prepare client-specific documents i.e. Prequalification Letters, Affidavits, Bond Authentication Form
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in a deadline-driven environment

Requirements

  • Insurance license for NJ or ability to obtain one upon hire
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Final candidates will be required to complete post-offer verification processes related to the role and in accordance with applicable laws.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of surety experience
  • brokerage experience is a plus

Compensation

  • The base compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000.
