Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and managing the sales pipeline of prospective new clients.
  • Actively pursuing and performing client lead generation, personal meeting, cold calling, email marketing, lead nurturing, lead validating, and lead closing.
  • Build accurate quotes and accurately timed itineraries
  • Do a rigorous follow-up and maintain constant and pleasant communication with potential clients
  • Perform analysis of our database in order to find potential sales opportunities

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to write and speak English and French at a business level
  • College or university degree in Tourism management, Business or related program
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt to change and "think outside the box."
  • Valid driver's license
  • Organized, self-motivated and goal-orientated
  • High energy with a desire to meet results in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the educational travel industry is a plus
