About the role
- We are currently seeking a motivated, hands-on, and customer-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing tech team.
- In this role, you will work directly with the engineering and product teams to ensure quality, consistency, and performance across our applications.
- You will report to the Director of Quality Assurance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, product, customer support, data, etc
- Ability to provide production support to the CX support team
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Work with Developers and Product Managers to develop a complete test plan for assigned projects
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
