About the role

  • We're looking for a senior-level event professional who can operate at the highest level of trust, discretion, and execution.
  • This role will execute large-scale corporate events, including Board of Directors meetings and executive leadership engagements.
  • They will operate as a strategic project manager, executive liaison, and on-site leader, ensuring seamless execution from initial planning through post event follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the Office of the Corporate Secretary to design and deliver high-touch, concierge-level experiences for Board of Directors meetings.
  • Build and manage detailed meeting timelines and executive briefing materials.
  • Lead planning and execution of Board meetings and support other executive and leadership engagements.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive timelines and work plans.
  • Lead site selection and advance work with internal and external partners.
  • Maintain composure and control in high-stakes, quick-paced environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate event planning, with direct experience supporting executive leadership or Board-level events.
  • Expertise in vendor management, contracts, and budget oversight.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility events from concept through execution of varying formats and sizes (from 50 to 150+ attendees).
  • Experience operating as a lead planner or single owner for executive events preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership.
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Compensation

  • $116,255.00 - $151,132.50
