About the role
- GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Principally responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention.

Responsibilities
- Conduct unit and site tours, build rapport with residents and prospects, determining prospect needs with the goal of obtaining an application and closing the lease
- Complete market surveys to maintain product knowledge of competitors
- Prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Explain lease documents to new and existing residents. Ensure all documents are completed prior to resident move-in
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneSite or similar property management software
- Energetic team player with high degree of professionalism and integrity, organizational skills, attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
