About the role
- Back in 1994, our three founders focused on projects in Southern California neighborhoods.

- POSITION PURPOSE: The leasing consultant is responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.
Responsibilities
- Files own guest cards and maintain according to established procedures.
- Maintain current resident files.
- Maintain and record daily inspections for the community.
- Consistently implement policies of the community.
- Maintain open communication with Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist management team with other various tasks as required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of two years leasing experience with multi-family is preferred but not required.
