About the role
- This position ensures compliance with Program Policies, Procedures, and DHS regulations while supporting client's employment goals through skill assessment, job matching, and ongoing job development.
- Program Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations within Utility Services.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to employees consistent with the company's management core competencies.
- Manage departmental budget and record expenditures to the accounting department.
- Coordinate with client teams to develop and implement individualized plans that support clients' goals, preferences, and needs.
- Collaborate with the Production Division to ensure contract tasks are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
- Oversee the completion of incident and emergency reports, manage corrective actions, and conduct internal maltreatment reviews when necessary.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a human services-related field, along with one year of full-time experience providing direct care to individuals with disabilities or those aged 65 or older;
- Ability to use electronic devices, including databases and internet-based applications.
- The ability to pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol test following a conditional job offer as well as throughout the course of employment, is required by driving policies.
- The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this position.
- The employee must be able to continually sit, stand, walk, and communicate throughout each day.
- Must meet the qualifications for a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP) or Designated Coordinator as outlined in federal and/or state regulations, which include:
- A diploma from an accredited post-secondary institution in a human services-related field, and three years of full-time experience providing direct care to individuals with disabilities or those aged 65 or older
- Four years of full-time experience providing direct care to individuals with disabilities or those aged 65 or older, supervised by a qualified professional meeting the above criteria.
- Demonstrate ability to productively collaborate with clients, co-workers, and others associated with the company.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Commitment to working with clients to reach their onsite or offsite work goals.
- Have a valid class'D' driver's license.
- Personal vehicle insurance that meets the company's requirements.
- Ability to drive all company vehicles and follow the safe transportation policy.
- Ongoing commitment to strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Nice to have
- An associate degree in a human services-related field, plus two years of full-time experience providing direct care to individuals with disabilities or those aged 65 or older;
- Management experience is preferred.
Skills

Compensation
- $100k-$200k
