Responsibilities
- Double-check everything (right resident, right dose, right time, right medication, right route!), flag any concerns with the RN/LPN, and document refusals or questions promptly.
- Ability to effectively handle difficult and sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Be a Safety Guardian**: Watch out for residents' safety and well-being, and always report any concerns about abuse, neglect, or misuse of resources as required.
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
