Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a world-class team of sales and business development representatives
  • Lead from the front by co-selling with your reps (we don't hide behind Gong)
  • Coach and develop your team based on their unique strengths
  • Partner and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Become an expert in our product and the industry so that you can coach your team to advise restaurant owners in a high-trust manner
  • Hiring Manager Screen - 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager to go deeper on your experience and how you work

Nice to have

  • Direct first line management experience in the software industry (SMB preferred)
  • Experience with restaurants (selling to or working in!) is a huge plus

Compensation

  • The yearly total cash compensation for this role is $165,000 base + $65,000k variable ($230,000 OTE CAD) & uncapped commission, coupled with a generous equity pre-IPO equity package
