About the role
- This role focuses on accelerating the performance of the business by enabling BD leaders responsible for institutional partnerships and Public Course initiatives outperform their goals.
Responsibilities
- 1) Institutional BD Support
- Assist BD leaders in managing active partnerships: prepare briefs, maintain partner records, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Support proposal development and ensure timely delivery of materials for institutional clients.
- Track partnership activities and maintain accurate CRM data for visibility and reporting.
- With time, drive outreach to further TTS's commercial efforts
- Respond to inbound leads
- Coordinate outreach campaigns for open-enrollment courses in collaboration with Marketing and the PC lead.
- Manage lists, update calendars, and ensure timely communication to prospective participants.
- Provide logistical support for PC initiatives, including scheduling and resource alignment.
- Develop and maintain templates, case studies, and outreach playbooks to streamline BD and PC efforts.
Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools.
- 1-3 years in business development, sales support, or account coordination-preferably in professional training or B2B services.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
