About the role
- Provides coverage to other hospital units as needed.
- Assures patient rooms are setup for admissions the following day. - Ensures supply carts and procedure cart in patient rooms are stocked.
Responsibilities
- Performs receptionist duties including directing visitors and patients' family members; answering incoming phone calls and questions from visitors; directs physicians and other hospital personnel with locating patients or providers; utilizes strong customer services skills.
- Maintains a working relationship with BTNRH Dietary Specialist.
- Performs point of care testing.
- Performs EKG's as indicated.
- Maintains charge capture especially for billable supplies.
Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of age required.
- CNA certification required.
- BLS certification required.

Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year of CNA experience preferred.

- Requires moving, lifting a minimum of 50 pounds of force occasionally (34-66%) and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects (0-33%)
- requires turning and positioning patients properly to avoid injury.
- Requires walking and standing most of the time while on duty.
Skills

- Ability to effectively use a computer, office equipment (copier, scanner) and other equipment required to complete daily tasks.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in high-stress, high volume environments.
Compensation
- $34k-$66k
