Lead or support high-severity and complex incident investigations, ensuring thorough analysis and appropriate outcomes
Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) or coach stakeholders in its use to build organizational capability and enable consistent, high-quality investigations.
Drive alignment and consistency across business units and functions while identifying trends and systemic issues
The Senior Advisor, Incident Management operates across multiple business areas and functions to support the consistent application of the organization's Incident Management process at a company-wide level.

5+ years of experience performing Incident Investigations, Cause Analysis, is required.
For this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines.
