- Job Description Sales Development Representative About the Opportunity A fast-growing managed services firm is looking to bring on a Sales Development Representative to join its team in Palm Beach Gardens.

Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales reps
- Maintain organized notes and activity tracking in CRM tools
- Comfortable engaging new people and building rapport quickly
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- This is a structured, growth-oriented position where you'll learn how to build relationships, understand business challenges, and create opportunities that move deals forward.

Requirements
- Prior experience with true outbound cold calling (not inbound support)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or outreach is helpful but not required
- Hands-on experience with modern outbound sales strategies
Compensation
- Base salary up to $55,000
