This position works independently to ensure the highest level of quality and customer service satisfaction.
Effectively communicate machine issues, status of installation or status of machine repair to customer.

Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all machine tool equipment and controls.
Perform improvements on equipment; perform and promote preventative maintenance on customer machine tool equipment.
Provide tech support and training to customer Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical components.
Develop and maintain partner relationships with our machine tool vendors and other third-party vendors.
Able to perform bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and lifting of moderate to heavyweight material up to 50 lbs. with assistance from equipment or other employees.

Ability to work in tight spaces or awkward positions, including accessing equipment interiors and elevated areas.
Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills required for precise electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic work.
Ability to work in industrial environments, with exposure to noise, lubricants, coolants, metal chips, and other manufacturing conditions, while consistently wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Perform related duties as required.
